Positive: Really clean and supper cozy tripple room. Top matrass was abit to soft, but we took it off for sleeping and slept on just big matrass whitch was perfect for us. never had any better bed in my long traveling experience! towels and bed covers smells fresh and clean, kitchen had almost everything that we were looking for! loved new looking furniture and most important AC and plus there were an air purifier in the room! Shower was really clean and modern. Just like in the picture! Really quiet and peacefull, beautiful place. They have hot tub and sauna outside in the garden, whitch is perfect for relaxing next to the river. We didnt try it, but it looked great! Definitely will be back! That was the best fit of service for the price that we paid!

Negative: A tip from us, put the grill Owen in the kitchen or install the smoke colector. We been allitle scared that smoke detector will go off when cooking chicken in the pan. But we opened all the windows fully so smoke was quickly out.

Positive: It was just next to river stream and the sound from the stream is so soothing. Sauna facing the river stream is a highlight. Owner was very prompt and polite in responding the questions and also told us about some of the stuff we missed using on the first day. And made us feel like home. The place is so peaceful and beautiful than the pictures provided. We really enjoyed sitting next to the river stream, using sauna. We recommend this stay if you are around Harz. We were able to drive most of the places around from here.
