NEWLY renovated in the heart of historic Germantown! Located just above Haucks Bar (Opening May 2022) with high walkability to the many amazing bars, restaurants & entertainment options in this neighborhood undergoing a major revitalization! This well-appointed modern apartment offers two bedrooms & a pull-out sofa that comfortably sleep 6-7 people, a full kitchen, TV in every room, convenient in-unit washer/dryer, private entry & reserved off-street parking.
One reserved off-street parking space directly behind the building. On-street parking is available as well. The private side entrance is located on the left side of the building. Electronic lock code provided the day before check-in.

Summary: Fun and cool space but you have to remember it’s above a bar. That was really fun for us but might not be for all. It’s loud until 2am but didn’t bother us. Had some issues with the code and the host was super responsive and helpful.

Summary: My stay was immaculate! A nice family oriented neighborhood with good vibes all around us. The unit is roomy and comfortable. You would never think such a place existed tucked away near nightlife. I will definitely book again! The host is awesome and very attentive as well.

Summary: We booked this for the Bourbon and Beyond festival. The apartment, is on top of the bar. As expected we did hear a little noise from below, but it was never loud enough to be an inconvenience. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. It was a great to head downstairs for drinks of breakfast. We'll be back!

Summary: I planned this weekend for my sister who gets married next month. There were 7 of us total, the place was clean and easy. It’s located right about Hauck’s Corner, a booming bar with outdoor and indoor seating. It can be kind of loud through 3am, but totally worth it.

Summary: The overall stay was good. However be prepared for the bar to be busy every night of the week until 2am when they close, recommend a sound machine if you don’t plan on being up late if you’re a light sleeper. The bar was fun and all employees were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to other bars and restaurants. There were some things that needed to be fixed/should be added. - the fans in the bedrooms you couldn’t turn off the lights and have just the fans on. - there is no set of knifes so don’t plan on cooking anything that needs to be cut/chopped - the oven only cooks at 350° - the fridge water/ice doesn’t work but we were able to get ice from the bar downstairs - the pull out couch is broken so you will just be sleeping on the couch itself
