Summary: My entire family enjoyed our time at Hat Ranch. The house was amazing. The game riom was a big hit with the younger adults.I, as the resident Grandma, especially enjoyed the several quiet places to sit and read, both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We cooked most of our meals there so that was great.We enjoyed the wildlife also. Thank you.

Summary: This property was more then we could have imagined. It was a beautiful and quite place to stay and my adult children we excited when the cows would come around every morning and evening. The game room was well used during our trip and gave everyone something fun to enjoy during our stay. Think this is the only property we have been at where the tv was hardly used while we were there. Was nice to enjoy time together without that background noise. We would definitely stay here again when visiting with the whole bunch. If your looking for a place in Ponca City look no further.

Summary: We were lucky to find the HaT Ranch listing! It’s an authentic and spacious ranch-style house with everything exactly as promised. Very peaceful setting, (it sits within a working cattle ranch!) very nice accommodations, with a game room that offers numerous entertainment options. Hosts are very friendly and courteous.

Summary: We stayed at the ranch for several days during an extended family road trip. It was beautiful, peaceful, and so much fun! We all loved sitting outside on the stone patio to watch the steer graze. Our group had ages ranging from 25 to 85 and everyone loved the place. We made great use of the game room and set up games to play outside too. Truly a wonderful place to make memories together.

Summary: This lodge-style home is a perfect place for a group of people to stay. Beautiful and clean home. Very accommodating and had everything we needed for our stay. The game room is a fun place to hangout with lots to do. It is remote (about 15 min. to the nearest town) set on an active cattle farm. Once you turn off the highway, I recommend you have 4-wheel drive to get the mile drive back to the property if there is any mud and/or snow.
