Positive: Its very nice and comfortable but the rug in the living room is dirty and should be swapped out with a more flat one. The decor is great. Beds were comfy, games you supply were fun and bathrooms well Stocked.

Negative: The location is very scary at night. Down the street in any direction it looked like criminal activity was happening. Also on Sunday at 3pm a homeless woman came up to me in front of the door asking for money.

Negative: Lack of shops for simple groceries like milk, bread etc.

Positive: The door code sent to us was wrong. We needed the supervisor to use the master code for us to get in and we used that code for the rest of our stay. Our customer service call on the first day didn’t follow up with a new code.

Positive: Exactly as pictured, no surprises. Was spic and span, plenty of linens. Very comfortable beds, nice lounging/group area. Area was quiet and we felt safe (3 “senior” ladies).

Negative: A little trouble with entry code, but with a phone call it was resolved

Positive: I liked that the property was fairly new and clean.

Negative: The are rugs left much to be desired. While they looked good, it hurt to walk on them with bare feet. The towel hooks in the primary bathroom downstairs were loose and one fell off at one point. Safety was also a concern as 2-3 cars had been broken into that were parked in the provided parking lot. There was also a murder that occurred a block or two from the property. We also saw several pimps, prostitutes, and drug dealers that were “working” in the neighborhood.

Summary: Cute property but safety is questionable.
