Positive: Beautiful villa. Very spacious. The river is amazing.

Negative: During buffet, there are flies on the food. So we didn’t eat the buffet. They had ala carte as well, so we opted for that instead. Had feedback to the restaurant staff.

Positive: The complex itself is beautiful. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and the most helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel special.

Negative: There was lots of steps which could prove difficult for some people. Also tv in bedroom kept buffering possibly due to wifi. It is about 10 mins outside Sanur and the beach.

Summary: Excellent and would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Positive: Cozy and peaceful location, and an absolutely wonderful resort! The staff were incredible – so warm and attentive that it truly felt like being part of a family ❤️ Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which made the whole stay feel extra comfortable. The area felt safe and calm, with no stray animals around. The food was excellent, and the pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We had such a lovely stay and would happily come back!
