Positive: The staff were very helpful. They wanted to serve us anyway they could.

Negative: The booking process on booking.com made us think we needed two rooms for us and our two kids. We would have preferred one room. They can provide a little bed and two kids and one adult can fit on the large bed.

Negative: By the official check in time, 2pm the room still not ready, which I think is not acceptable. Limited food possibilities.
