Positive: So conveniently placed in the town itself, yet quiet and away from the main traffic.

Negative: The stair carpet was filthy and either needs a deep cleaning or to be replaced. It was extremely off-putting especially on initial viewing of the premises.

Positive: The unit has all the supplies and amenities to make a self catered accommodation stay away from home as easy as possible. We have stayed here before and the setup was the reason we chose to stay there again, and will likely again in future.

Negative: Our unit was a little dusty, but not too bad. Our kettle had quite a bit of lime scale in it and was flaking out into our tea or coffee. The owner did come and descale it for us, but it still had some scale when boiling. We ended up using bottled water mostly and boiled water in a pot on the stove when making tea or coffee. Also, we had a little frustration with our water heater when the element kept tripping the electrics. The owner was very accommodating in letting us use another unit to shower, but obviously, the situation was not ideal.

Positive: We have stayed at HH on a number of occasions and it was the first time for us to stay in Apt 5.The layout of all the HH apartments is excellent. The host, Tony, responds well to any question or requests and was readily available throughout our stay.

Negative: The bathroom shower is a little impractical as the water does tend to splatter a lot (regardless of shower head angle)onto the rest of the bathroom floor making it and the bath mat sodden. The floor sponge/blade cleaner, that could help clean up, needs replacing along with the floor mat. A solution ought to be found to make showering practical. The carpets on the entrance stairway could do with deep cleaning as could he carpet as you enter the apartment

Summary: overall a very good stay, which will no doubt repeat
