Positive: The view is absolutely stunning! The room design is perfect, and you’ll love every moment you spend there. We arrived early, about two hours before check-in, but the host was incredibly kind and let us check in early. I’m so happy to have visited Iceland and met everyone.

Positive: We were welcomed by a truly breathtaking landscape — the view from the hotel is spectacular and undoubtedly its greatest asset.

Negative: Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not reflect the same level of excellence. We were charged €740 for one night, yet upon arrival, there wasn’t even a bottle of water by the bedside — no welcome gesture, no sign of care. To make things worse, the sauna hadn’t been turned on, even though we had clearly communicated our arrival time in advance. And the towels smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been properly washed or aired — an unpleasant detail that further highlighted the overall lack of attention. These may seem like small things, but they add up to an unmistakable impression: hospitality is clearly not a priority for the owners of this hotel.
