Our place is close to restaurants, art events and great views. You’ll love the coziness, the high ceilings, two full kitchens, the views, a game room, hiking and the country atmosphere. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids). Conveniently located near Burnsville, Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Mount Mitchell, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, Roaring Fork Falls, Bare Dark Sky Observatory and Mount Mitchell Golf Club. First floor consist of two bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with full bed A full bathroom with tub and shower combination, a full kitchen and living area with a nice rock fireplace. Spiral stares lead to a loft with a one half bath, one queen bed, two full beds and one twin bed.
The lower floor consist of a full kitchen/game room. Two bed rooms one with queen bed, the other a full bed. a full bath with washer and dryer.

Summary: We wanted a cabin in the mountains. Check. We hoped for a nice fireplace and enough rooms. Check. We didn't expect the stunning inside, the incredible quiet ... and, most especially, how our host went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. (One warning: the climb is pretty steep and you should take the last turn at speed in order to make it.). My kids absolutely loved our time here. Bring your fire building skills!

Summary: We were so pleased with our long family stay at this property. The home was spacious and beautiful with a wonderful theme throughout. The property was secluded so it was very private and peaceful. It was a wonderful taste of western North Carolina and positioned so we can could take in many of the sights in that part of the state. The host was a pleasure to deal with and he was eager to make our stay a great one, which it was. I think we would be friends if we lived closer!
