For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board in the utility room adjoining the kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are included in the rental price.

The bus is five minutes away, as are tram lines 2 and 3 (stops "Hôtel-Dieu" and "Aimé Delrue"). The C5 bus to Lieu Unique is two minutes away and takes you directly to the station. For the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the station and takes you there in around twenty minutes.

Summary: Harmonie "Nice stay We enjoyed the property as it was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy as we met our host with the keys. There are three fans available as it does get hot in Nantes. The street around the corner closes down at 7pm during the summer for restaurants to have a convivial patio atmosphere."

Summary: Harmonie "Very nice apartment near La cité de Congrès (literally 5 minutes walk away) and near center city (about 10 minutes walk), nicely equipped and furnished. Two large bedrooms, silent, bathroom large and clean. A few little issues included a light smell of humidity in the apartment, possibly due to the fact that it has not been used for sometimes. Also, my mattress was not the most comfortable ever, but it was ok for me. The day of departure we could not easily find the location for keys drop off. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, with a slightly steep stairway. However, I would definitely stay in this apartment again!"

Summary: Harmonie The apartment is spacious and comfortable with good amenities. This is an agency managed property, our check-in contact was unfamiliar with the apartment, we were provided with a single set of keys. Overall the apartment and bedding was fairly clean but the floor needed mopping and the shared bins at the ground floor were overflowing. The agency applies a cleaning fee but requires renters to carry out extensive cleaning on checkout and threatens to withhold safety deposit if cleaning not done to the letter. Late check out requested on a Monday but informed this was not possible as other tenants were arriving, this seemed implausible.
