Positive: Layout of the house. Nice furniture. Beds were good (but not great). Furnishings were nice. Washing machine was handy. Kitchen was excellent.

Negative: Primary bath shower floor was a bit slippery. Could have used a dryer although the clothes line was an okay alternative. Ping pong table in garage was potentially a nice add but net was broken and the ball was cracked.

Summary: Lovely house in a quiet setting.

Positive: Exceptionally clean property in a perfect location. Very large rooms and the kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and breakfast bar.

Negative: The garden is very neglected. If attended to there would be a fabulous outdoor area to enjoy.

Positive: Quiet position, near shops and pubs. Bright, modern fixtures and fittings. Plenty of room. Everything provided

Negative: Blinds in the living room are extremely fiddly and one stopped working. There were slight signs of mould in the en suite and a couple of long hairs left on the main bathroom floor, but overall it appeared well cared for

Positive: The property is beautifully situated in a quaint village. The layout of the property and the space was fantastic. All of the rooms were very spacious and adequate for the guests.

Negative: There was black mould in both bathrooms. The fire didn’t work despite numerous attempts to fix it. The sofa just needed a deep clean to remove the stains. The grill in the oven was thick of grease and hadn’t been cleaned.

Positive: Warm. Clean. Convenient for what we wanted. Easy walk to the lovely village of Bellingham. House was well equipped. Perhaps the towel supply was a little short given the group and length of stay.

Negative: It was all good! Parking was weird. Someone else seemed insistent on using the spots outside so we had to park down the street, there was a very steeply inclined driveway but we didn't trust the brakes on the rental car.

Negative: Black mould in the showers and kitchen sink. Property agent did not arrive to let us in and failed to reply to messages. Only managed to get in by finding the owners on company house and face book to get door code, took two hours to gain entry.😟
