Positive: The breakfast was good. It had a variety of things to choose from and was very well set up. It was nice to see so many choices, instead of a cold breakfast. Really appreciated the effort put into the breakfast for the guests.

Negative: My niece had two rooms booked, but they were over sold and she only got one room, and had to spend money on an air mattress so as her family could stay for the wedding. Would have been better if she had received both rooms that she booked.

Summary: Was good and would go there again in the future.

Negative: inadequate bathroom maintenance, only fair breakfast options. No source of water other than bathroom tap.

Positive: Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable and clean.

Negative: Towels were very thin and and didn't include a hand towel. Rooms were very basic and our window had a large hand print from someone else on it.

Summary: Friendly and clean but a little expensive for the quality if that makes sense.

Positive: Had a hard time opening door. older hotel not maintained. beds were not comfortable, harbourview side exterior hallway was lit up with strong light that came into the hotel room, and drapes did not keep light out.

Negative: Staff were very kind and informative.

Summary: This hotel is a 2 star quality that charged 5 star price.
