Positive: Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful views. Quiet. Lovely touch from.the host providing some basic essentials in the fridge. Total tranquility Great coffee shop the hive and the harbour in pub food was amazing. Both dog friendly

Negative: We had not realized the garden area was shared, only actually encountered anyone there once but worth a mention. No BBQ due to new regulations but our of the owners hands, just something to note. Also no shops lol, my daughter did her over that, made a refreshing change lol

Positive: We liked EVERYTHING. Michelle was an exceptional host. The property is beautiful, clean and exceptionally well maintained. The view from the windows is stunning - right across the harbour. Michelle had thought of everything we could possibly need or want. We could not have had a more lovely stay, in a more beautiful little cottage. And Michaelle's friendliness was a further bonus.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.

Positive: The apartment was right next to the sea by the harbour with fabulous views across the bay, village and distant mountains. All the facilities you could want and very dog friendly. Great welcome pack on arrival and our host could not have been more helpful or friendly and answered any queries we had straight away. The Harbour Inn is a three minute walk away and is the heart of the community. Everyone was friendly and the food was great but definitely worth booking in advance because it was heaving in February

Positive: Superb apartment in village of Garlieston. Incredible views of the harbour. My son loved watching the bird with the binoculars. We didn't get much sun but was still a stunning view. Apartment was clean, well equipped and bed was so comfy. Great communication from Michelle and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. Garlieston was a lovely quiet location with a great pub, cafe and playground. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.

Negative: No dishwasher but it wasn't an issue for us as we ate out most of the time so not much washing up!

Positive: Great communication from Michelle, modern, clean, tidy and quiet apartment. Lovely views of the bay. Very well kitted out with enough of all the basics to last the weekend with added bonus of prosecco, dressing gowns and slippers.Harbour Inn and Hive cafe in easy walking distance and very good.
