Positive: The location is great! This apartment has a huge glass door facing towards the sea with great sea view! The decoration is stylish. Rooms are very clean. Parking is easy. Access to the room via pin code works very smoothly.

Negative: This huge glass door needs a sun shield!!! When the weather is good, the whole apartment got unacceptably warm! We had to keep the door open after sunset to cool down the rooms. There is some kind of folded sun shield in-front. But we were not able to open it. There is also no information on how to open it. I saw many travelers have already complained about this. Unfortunately it’s still not changed. Besides, you have to checkout very strictly at 10:00 in morning. The cleaner knocked the door exactly at 10:00. Make sure you finish packaging before that.

Summary: Will definitely come back again when a working sun shield was installed.

Positive: We took a last-minute decision to extend our stay because of its convenient location and to keep enjoying the region. However, since we didn't get a quick response from the administrator, I had no choice but to book the apartment again. At the check-out time: 10:00 am, our entrance code expired. We were locked out, although the night before I was told it will remain the same. However, the administrator sent us a new one just minutes after its expiration. We were able to enter the apartment when we returned from our day trip. The administrator also contacted the cleaning service to let them know we extended our stay. We were thankful for his assistance.

Negative: The DOUBLE CLEANING FEE CHARGES!!!!! The administrator assured us, that he would keep an eye on it, and it would be treated as one booking and not as two. Sadly, this is not how it happened. We were double charged for the cleaning fee! When I inquired about a refund, I was told that I made two separate bookings and that they would not be able to refund me for this charge. My husband and I were at awe at this response, as we trusted the assurance of the administrator and followed all the given instructions. Since then, we have been waiting for a refund on our credit card. I encourage the administrator to contact Booking and the apartment's owner to process a refund of our double cleaning fee charges.

Positive: This apartment was centrally located and tastefully decorated. The instructions given to locate the place, the parking space, and how to enter the location were excellent. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was big and had all the necessary to cook a hearty meal. The view of the bay is a plus. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance! The glass windows provide plenty of natural light. The furnished balcony was excellent for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset, etc. The administrator responded to our questions and concerns relatively quickly. We extended our stay to keep enjoying the region.

Negative: The bedroom is the smallest room in the apartment. The TV takes up too much needed space which makes it difficult to move around it, if needing to use the bathroom during the night. It is a tricky maneuver, when you are half asleep, trying not to hit your head against it. If you are tall, like my husband, the limited space in the bedroom could be a problem. He hit his head several times with the inclined walls. The glass doors leading to the balcony need either curtains or shades to keep the sun away on sunny days because it gets uncomfortably hot inside.
