Positive: I thought I was booking directly with Harbour lights but was redirected to booking.com. I have never had any issues with going direct but through booking.com the accommodation we booked was not as described. Will be going direct from now on.

Negative: It was all good once we spoke with the staff on site they went out of thier way to assist.

Positive: Great central location, all of what we needed was in walking distance. We ride a motorbike so it works well for us not to have to get on and off for anything. Nice atmosphere and clean facilities at an affordable price, have already booked again for 2026 ;-)

Positive: The location was good. It was nice to be able to sit outside and watch the world go by.

Negative: It was a bit noisy. Check in was before 6:00pm but I hadn't noticed that when I booked. The (un) welcoming staff member was clearly not impressed when we checked in just in time. She had sent a text to see where were and then made us wait when we got there while she finished doing some cleaning?

Summary: Because it was school holidays we couldn't get in to our regular accomodation.
