Negative: I got woken up both morning by really loud pipes from 6am, I assume it’s other rooms using the bathroom, but it was really frustrating. You can’t see out of the windows, so there’s a lack of natural light

Positive: This hotel completely met our epectations. It's a minor point but the lighting in the room was excellent. Adjustable lighting and freestanding lights meant we could light teh roo perfectly t meet our changing neeeds. Location is perfect for GLive and town centre.

Negative: We visited during valentine's weekend and I had booked the hotel as a birthday present for my partner's 50th. All Spa Facilities were closed due to a "hygiene incident", we didn't get much sleep because the rooms were so hot and windows unopenable. We had been told there was parking on site and wrongly assumed that would be free for hotel guests but it was very expensive but by that stage we had no choice but to pay. Over priced, rooms did not include breakfast, and unable to use the facilities we had booked for.

Summary: Disappointing.
