Positive: The room although clean, comfortable and well furnished was a bit prison like in its location within the building.

Negative: No views are open widows, felt like we had to leave dinner early as the team wanted to close which was a first from a hotel, particularly strange as we were in the Private Dining room.

Negative: Noisy in the morning with trash collection, also think it was outrageous that you had to pay on top to use the pool ! And it was very small

Negative: poor cleanliness, and attention to detail Dirty tea spoons for use with coffee, broken shower door in bathroom, diffuser provided did not fit hairdryer depsite advising we were travelling with a baby, the noise from the function suite seemed as if we were at the function, didi not stop until nearly 1am !

Positive: Location was 10/10. Cute little boutique feel with some modern touches. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful 10 quid for an hour at the spa was incredible

Negative: Maintenance was lacking. And there were a few small touches that showed a lack of attention to detail.

Summary: Good stay. Would recommend. But a little more effort and this has the potential to be amazing!
