Summary: Very good room in annexe but significant road noise My wife had a spa treatment at only available time 1045 but we were still not allowed delayed check out for the hour of her facial without paying £35! Slow service at breakfast

Summary: Nice friendly hotel with beautiful seaside views from the terraces - would love to revisit in the summer when it’s warm enough to sit out to appreciate. Our cosy room had a view of the car park and although very well appointed, it was rather cramped but fine for a one night stay. Spa was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast room was rather dark due to covered terrace outside. We did enjoy the wide selection offered on the continental buffet, especially homemade banana bread and marmalade flapjack. Would recommend booking a sea view larger room for a more enjoyable stay.
