You are within walking distance of everything Padstow has to offer including various restaurants by Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, beautiful art galleries, clothing shops and more. You are spoilt for choice with places to eat, drink and absorb the surroundings. The entire property is available, sleeping 8 people in 4 Bedrooms. The cottage is bright and spacious with outstanding views, Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and all of the amenities you'd expect from high-end accommodation, including a wood burner. The kitchen is well equipped for keen cooks. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the twin room has two single beds, bedroom three has a double bed and the attic has a king size bed, a single and an ensuite. Summary: The appearance and presentation was exceptional. The owner was also very good at communication and extremely generous, an example of this was as it got double booked so she gave us many generous complimentary items and wine bottles for which we were very grateful!

Summary: Wonderful and clean, perfectly located house. The children and I were very happy in the heart of Padstow. With loads to do from crabbing, to bike rides and trips to the beach. Thank you for letting us stay!

Summary: The house is in a perfect location and we loved sitting watching the boats in the harbour from the windows. It is extremely clean and our host was very prompt with communication, before, during and after our stay. The house has everything you need for cooking, plenty of utensils, pans etc. and the shutters do an excellent job at keeping out the noise at night. We slept incredibly well! We definitely hope to return.
