Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Beautiful renovated split level home with view of Little Traverse Bay. Lower walk out level has full laundry room, one bedroom, full bath and living area. Upper level has walk out to back of home with small porch and BBQ grill, well appointed kitchen with counter seating next to table for six. Kitchen opens up to look over center stairs & living room with picture window of bay. Upper living/dining room opens to large deck. Upper level bedrooms include king primary with water view, bunk room & double. Upper level bath is large with double sinks. Very comfortable.

Negative: This property is managed by a professional corporation. Check in time is as stated, no earlier. They sent arrival information around 4:20 but it lacked the actual check in code, requiring further messaging-not seamless. Communication with the property management staffer was good.
