Positive: We loved our family stay at the condo with our group of 6. The condo had everything we needed for a fun weekend. It was handy to have one room with single beds too. Communication with the hosts was great. The location and parking are ideal. Easy walk to the beach and to town for so many shopping & dining options. Can’t believe the beautiful water in Charlevoix. Love to visit again. Thanks.

Positive: It was a new nice apartment type stay. Everything worked and was clean. Location to the downtown was easy walk.

Negative: A bit to pricey. The $150 cleaning fee was excessive for our stay but maybe they do have messy customers. We were there 15 hours and slept in one bed and used shower. No cooking ect. So cleaning crew got a break if they charge flat fee.

Summary: Nice place and handy. Would stay again at better price. Will return to area but use a different .
