Positive: The quality of service and the landscaping were exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to offer help and support. The room design is simple yet rich in cultural character, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained; however, adding a shower cabin or partition would help prevent water from spreading outside the shower area

Positive: Excellent location on the beach, with stupendous views of the Sea. Very close to town Center. It is peaceful. The staff are friendly and happy to serve guests. Breakfast was good.

Positive: The staff were very welcoming, very polite and very flexible. They were very caring and always checked if we needed anything. They were very attentive to our requests and their response time was the quickest ever. They respected our privacy. I'm impressed to find this kind of service in Egypt. The hotel shaped half of our experience in the city. Everything is so clean. I liked how quiet the place was even if the music was on in the reception it wasn't too loud to reach the rooms. The room was spacious and had everything we need. We loved the hot spring water in that small cave. The pool is working 24/7 as well. It was really good quality for money. They also helped us a lot with taxi arrangements.

Positive: Everything about the place made you feel like home, the experience was phenomenal we did not want to leave the place, the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the food was amazing, they even have private hot spring , I recommend this hotel for everyone it's definitely not gonna be the last time❤️❤️🥰
