Nestled amidst a wooded lot this newly remodeled cottage offers a peaceful escape at Patoka Lake. This cozy cottage has everything you need to create unforgettable memories. Complete with hot tub & firepit this well-equipped cottage gives you all the comforts for a hassle-free stay. Perfectly located minutes away from Patoka Lake main entrance, easy to access the lake's pristine waters for boating, swimming, or fishing plus hiking trails. Also, close proximity of local wineries & restaurants.

*Community quiet hours 10pm-8am. *Please keep noise within reason. *If fire pit is used, it must be sprayed with water. *Do not burn trash *No RV/camper parking allowed. *Park in gravel areas only. *If parking more than two vehicles please notify the host prior to check in. *For the consideration of others and safety, once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour. *Limit of 2 pets per visit, with a $100 fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in, fee will increase to $150. *All dogs must be on a leash when outside. * Strictly no events or parties are allowed. *Please do not place grills on porch or deck. * Lost or not returning Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement. *Please Note: Staying after 11 am EST without prior approval is subject to a fee of $100 her hour after 11am EST and will be charged the full day fee for anything late check out after 1pm. This will NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through the Airbnb app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension. Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check outs and will be charged for repayment of those costs. *No projectile fireworks.

Summary: This place was incredible! Absolutely loved every bit and every minute of it. Super pretty property and an awesome little lay out inside the cabin. Neat little loft for mom and pop up stairs and a spacious living/family room that brings it all together with the bunk beds on the other side, kids have their own space. Brought our kids who are younger with us and they had a blast as well, didn’t want to leave lol…. Nicely set up kitchen with pretty well anything you could need in it. Was happy with how supplied the place was. They thought of everything. Just bring the family and some food and your set! Property manager was also very nice and was always very quick to respond or help with anything you could need. Will be going back, only down fall is we wish we would have stayed longer. Never want to do a hotel again. Forgot to take pictures cause we was having too good of a time. Will remember next time. Thanks. 5 stars!!!

Summary: The appearance was great, hot tub worked good. Swing...it did not work good. I was sitting alone and swing fell to the ground. There seemed to be excessive amounts of dust/dirt on ceiling that was falling on to the king size bed in the loft. No great instructions for check out that i seen. The pea gravel was a mess in the screened area apon our arrival.
