Positive: Exceptionally clean. Everything worked. Design and decor well thought out. Warm. Good shower. Comfortable bed with good blinds and curtains so slept well. Little kitchen area with all you need for simple self catering. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking space. Easy to follow access instructions with key safe. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits all supplied.

Negative: Couldn't fault it.

Summary: What a brilliant find - clean and comfortable. A pleasure to stay in. Shame it was only 1 night.

Positive: Quiet location - but plenty of daytime visits to the café and fun run. Layout of apartment was good, basic and comfortable. Heating and hot water & shower all worked well. Well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Good linen and bedding supplies (big bath towels!). Fridge / small freezer much appreciated. Blinds and curtains all worked well

Negative: Location is a bit challenging to find in the dark at the end of a long journey! As far as we could see, there was no chopping board / bread board. No hooks in the shower room for towels (fix two on the back of the door?). Mattress topper would be worth considering to prolong the life of the mattress.

Summary: Two nights - out during the days but just right to come back to for our needs.

Positive: Suited our needs as wife was there for park run ,which was just around the corner .word of note tho ,the local pub the wheatsheafth doesn't serve food no more ,which isn't a reflection on the hosts ,but we didn't arrive till 730pm so ended up driving to the Chinese takeaway. Didn't try the cafe downstairs as we were in a hurry to get back.

Positive: It's a fantastic little apartment. Great value, location, and something a little different next to an airfield. Comfy bed, I had a great night sleep. If I am in the area again, this will be my first choice. Also, a bonus that the next morning there was a car show on the field right opposite my window, some beautiful cars to see.

Negative: Nothing.
