Positive: The staff was incredibly helpful, the food was amazing and the location very safe. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Negative: We were on the ground floor near the lobby, so we could clearly hear everyone around us who were hanging out it in the lobby. We also did not have any windows with mosquito nets, so we couldn’t open any windows and did not have any air in the room (we don’t like A/C). I’m sure that other rooms would have been slightly better, though.

Negative: Guests from a wedding event were having breakfast in the hotel guest breakfast area. This resulted in a longer wait before we could have our meal. But the staff were great they ensured they extended the breakfast time and provided fresh food

Positive: Extremely friendly staff and clean room with crisp linens. Great breakfast with lots of choice and good coffee.

Negative: Communication before our arrival was poor. We messaged several times about a transfer and early check in but they just stopped replying to messages.

Summary: Really welcoming staff and a great place to stay in Chennai. Shame about the communication!
