Positive: This accommodation is located in Goyang District, with a CU convenience store conveniently just downstairs. There aren’t many restaurants nearby at the moment, but I noticed some new shops are currently under renovation. The environment of the accommodation is excellent, and the facilities are very complete — you can cook, do laundry, dry clothes, and there’s even a dishwasher. During our stay, when we didn’t know how to use some of the appliances, we messaged the host and always received quick and helpful solutions. Since the accommodation isn’t located in the city center, it’s quiet at night, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to rest. The room itself is cozy and welcoming; we stayed for five days and slept very comfortably every night. In terms of transportation, it takes about 40 minutes by car to reach Incheon Airport, and getting to Hongdae or Myeongdong by Uber usually takes less than 10 minutes — very convenient. I would definitely choose this place again the next time I visit Korea — highly recommended!

Positive: Parking was plentiful and easy to access. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the apartment was nice (we weren’t just looking at another apartment building).

Negative: Finding the right building was a little difficult (that is really due to maps and not the property owner). It would have also been nice to have some directions for the controls (a/c, lights, stovetop, etc.) For people accustomed to living in an apartment in Seoul, it may be fine, but for visitors it can be very confusing.

Summary: We loved our stay and the accommodations. We plan on staying here the next time we are in the area!
