Positive: The rooms were nice and the location was very good.
Negative: The breakfast was awful (same thing everyday); they did not give us any room essentials like soap and a kettle; lastly one of the male staff at breakfast was inappropriate with the guests.

Positive: The hotel is clean and the rooms are large, with the family suite being perfect for myself husband and teenage daughter. The staff at the English Restaurant attached to the hotel are absolutely exceptional, so kind and accommodating. Pool area is beautifully kept and the bar is well run by again exceptionally kind people Ebbo and Gizzy. Breakfast is basic but quite nice. Location is excellent if you want convenience, but could be a little noisy for some tastes. Didn’t bother us we liked the location and already knew where it was as we have been regular users of the restaurant for years.
Negative: I booked a family suite as it offered two seperate bedroom in one unit, as it provides privacy but my teenager still likes to be with us. My husband has some mobility issues following a stroke 3 years ago but can manage well maintained stairs with a handrail. I emailed ahead to check there was a handrail and was assured there was. However the room was up two flights of winding stairs and the ‘handrail’ was a very loosely fitted wobbly rail fitted to the inside of the turn, thus forcing you to the narrowest part of the step if you need to hold it. My husband took a bad fall bruising his ribs on the first day and regularly took skin off his calf trying to navigate the small area of tread he could reach. The photo attached isafter several days of practice finding how to place his feet! The receptionist was mortified we had this room when he saw the challenges, but had no other available other than a basement room that still had the same issue with steps! The problem could have so easily been sorted by just fixing a rail securely to the wall on the outer side of the staircase. I hope the owners see this and fix it as it’s not even an expensive fix and could provide much more safety whether you have a disability or not!

Positive: Lovely friendly staff they really could not do enough for you and a great relaxing holiday. Really lovely vibe
Negative: The only negative comment would be how expensive it was to eat there for very basic food. Omelette and chips (small portion)and a bland feta salad with 2 fizzy waters in very dated surroundings £24.

Positive: A very cozy hotel in English style in a center of Oludeniz. A lot of restaurants and shops are in neighborhood. Large car parking is nearby. Room was comfortable. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful.
Negative: There was no kettle in the room.

Positive: Breakfast basic, but nice. staff where all friendly. Gizzy and Ibo at the Pool bar where excellent, always had smile on there faces. Pool was nice and plenty of Sun beds.
Negative: Kettle in room for tea or coffee would be nice, apart from that everything is fine.
