Summary: Lovely stay. Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their time there. We were upgraded to the grace and savour rooms. Wonderful ! Very warm when it was freezing outside. Barman Ollie was incredibly friendly and informative . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the bar!
