Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, breakfast was nice. A larger variety of food (ham, cheese, fruit salad, …) would have been nice.

Negative: The pool was closed for renovation.

Summary: We felt appropriated as Hampton Inn customers.

Positive: We met Linda who checked us in. She was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her. All the staff were very friendly. The ladies that host breakfast were awesome! It was so refreshing to get 5 star service at such an affordable hotel I will be booking another stay soon.

Positive: The hotel breakfast was very good, had a good variety both mornings , something different and hot and plenty of fresh fruit and other options. The bed comfortable.

Negative: The office chair in room was broke. I purchased " spa bath with tub" and hotel has NO TUBS in the entire building so that's FALSE ADVERTISING on either Booking.com or hotel. I was expecting a pool and it was closed.

Summary: Was overall pleasant stay but not what I paid for
