Summary: Liked having a reftigerator. Breakfast was reasonable. The rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. Elevators were efficient. The air conditioning was comfortable, though a bit loud at night. Noon checkout was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The fitness facility was usable but needs a bench and updated equipment.

Summary: I love hampton inns, but not this one. A sign says remodeling, but another guest told me it's been like this for months. One of 2 elevators is gutted but useable, shouldn't be. Paint falling from ceiling in our shower. Many room doors have chipped paint. Garbage cans in hall on our floor was overflowing. Outside seating area was filthy and had ash trays(none smoking property). The banana i got for breakfast was completely rotted inside. All this for $250 a night. Will never book a room at this Hampto in in Warrenton, VA again.
