Positive: The location was good and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
Negative: Our AC didn’t work in our room. I called the front desk and he said he’d send someone to look at it. At 8:00 at night. I said I just wanted to change rooms. He said we needed to bring all of our stuff down to the lobby and we’d get another room. I had to say no we’ll bring the key and get another key, we ended up just moving one room over. We got to the new room, the tv wouldn’t come on, after we finally got it on by pushing buttons on the TV there was no sound. We gave up and went to bed. The next morning while fixing our breakfast the cereal dispenser dumped half of the cereal out on the cabinet. It seems there needs to be some maintenance and upkeep done.
Summary: It was an okay hotel, but over priced. There were too many inconviences.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Nice variety of breakfast food to choose from. Dining area was spacious & very clean. Kitchen staff was friendly & couteous.
Negative: Room was a little dusty & curtains didn't close all the way but liked that it was an adjoining room to other family members we were traveling with.
Summary: Comfortable, relaxing stay. Helpful & courteous staff a big plus.
