Summary: For the money I spent I expected the closet doors to not fall off, no flooding in bathroom from shower because doors were misaligned. I expect no ants in bathroom or on kitchen counter in a room with a small kitchen. Being able to watch tv comfortably would have been nice but you couldn't move tv or it wouldn't work. We mentioned these things to front desk but got cruckets from her. Didn't offer to discount anything not even dog fee. Also expect security door to work on entrance not just being able to walk in. Got fixed second day. So, not our best experience. Won't be back.

Summary: The room was huge, clean and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed, but so noisy (guests upstairs were having a party). Hotel staff would not refund or cancel remaining days of reservation because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). Eventually they moved us to another room, but it, too, was noisy the following night. Perhaps there was poor sound insulation between floors.

Summary: We will be writing to Hampton Inn corporate about our stay. This hotel suffers from errors in design, lack of maintenance and obviously mismanagement.

Summary: Overall it was decent. Initially had to change room due to a Strong ether smell that staff had to be aware because the room window and fan was on when we entered. The manager and front desk kindly relocated me and upgrade my room which was fantastic. But the new room did end up having ants in the shower and toilet area.

Summary: Overall, everything was great. I felt like the property was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing in the pool room was the chlorine smell was very strong and the jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work, but otherwise our stay was great. the breakfast was good for being free.
