Summary: The front desk staff was amazing. I know it may have been a bit stressful considering a concert and a college game the same weekend but all of them did so well! And the rooms were clean

Summary: There was a load noise, like someone knocking on the wall in the hallway, that came at different intervals, but all through the night. really bad night's sleep.

Summary: Everything was very clean. The only complaint I have is that they still only have the tiny complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Most hotels now have the full size bottles available, which helps that we don’t have to pack to get that stuff through security at the airport. We had to ask for at least 6 tiny bottles to last my grandson and I the two night stay.

Summary: Great hotel. Comfortable, well located, clean and well appointed. Excellent breakfast and daily room service. I did have a negative issue. I had an emergency come up and needed to contact the hotel via phone. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, tried to call back but nobody answered for the entire evening

Summary: Hotel was in great condition and very clean. Starting the day with a warm and generous breakfast was an added bonus. Proximity to the highway was convenient and made it easy to get around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: The hotel was very nice and made our stay comfortable. One problem was room was not made up on second day. We left the room around 10:30 and returned around 4:30 in the afternoon. Maid knocked on door around 5 and we told her it was too late we were here for the night. Not a big deal, but you would think they would know which rooms had guests staying in and would clean these first.

Summary: What a very comfortable place with easy access to the SEA airport. The staff here does a marvelous job with cleanliness in the room and common spaces. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the 24/7 coffee system is over the top! I’d most definitely stay again.
