Positive: Staff was outstanding! Mark in particular was just wonderful! Very helpful helping me get a room refunded!!

Negative: Property was just fine. Our room needed the bathroom spruced up. Towel bar missing. Something on the roof was banging all night and key card kept not reading!

Positive: Staff was friendly breakfast was pretty good

Negative: Our room was really musty the floor looked like it hadnt been swept there was a white powder around the edge of our room probably a bug powder which we are thinking the smell was from but rather have that then bugs the Pool was small and no hot tub which sucked cause we sure could have used a long hot soak but other then that it was definitely better then others I have seen really wasnt that bad
