Summary: We only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. The staff were very kind, friendly, and answered all my questions. Breakfast was nice and the lobby and rooms were nice.

Summary: The staff, especially the breakfast staff were wonderful. There was a little chaos during check in, due to card system being down, but the staff was professional and were able to get us into our room quickly. A nice pool area and indoor area to gather with our softball families. Would stay again.

Summary: Hampton Inn has always been a good go to for our families but this one was disappointing. Room had a smell and some of our eyes were red and burned from the chemicals they used to clean or something. We don’t know what was causing it.

Summary: Upon arriving at room, i noticed the trash bins already had garbage in them. The tissue paper box at bathroom sink was already at blue tissues indicating end of box. A few tissues later, it was empty. Bathroom also had end of roll toilet paper. Pull out sofa bed had dirty sheets and crumbs. Light close to A/C unit when turned on had flickering of the light so it was unusable. Window right above A/C unit had broken parts from window lock. For the price this hotel currently rents and for having the Hampton Inn and Hilton name, it was very under the standards it should be. I would not recommend nor return to this hotel ever again.
