Summary: We asked for a top floor room and didn’t get it. The noise between floors is high. The second floor was noisy with guests talking loudly in the hall. This continued right till 2AM. No patrols were done and so noise was excessive. Unfortunate as we came back to this location as our first experience was great, this one “Not so great”.

Summary: This was the perfect room, great location, very clean and super easy on off I-5. Loved it- room beautiful, spacious and very clean. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent.

Summary: In the bathroom I saw two little cockroaches i killed then and then I went down stairs to the front desk and they said they will note it.

Summary: The property is ideally located near the 5 freeway. The town was a logical stop and an easy drive from Pasadena. Our ultimate stop was Oregon; so the next day's drive was easy. The Hotel has an immense and well appointed bedroom. The down pillow reminded me of home; the large bed fits my 6'6" frame with room to spare. The kitchen area had its own microwave and small refrigerator. Don't forget to go to the Park at 6:00 p.m. to see Madame Mallard feed the nearly 200 ducks (near the boat launching peer). The gym was small but adequate; and the staff is unbelievably helpful and always cheerful--I'm unsure if it is their natural demeaner or it is the result of the fresh air of Red Bluff.
