Positive: The style of the rooms really appeals to me. It is minimalistic and there is a very clean, yet cozy feel to it.

Negative: I miss interacting with the staff. They are good at keeping in touch with emails, but there is no desk or a real person there. I knew tris ahead of time, so no regrets. It is their business model and it works really well.
