Summary: The staff is always friendly. The bed was comfortable per usual and the breakfast was perfect. Everytime I visit Murray this is my only choice I will not stay anywhere else.

Summary: Everything was fantastic here other than I was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. We were there for a one-night stay and it was a vaca for me, so I did plan on swimming both evening and morning. Apparently, they were waiting for parts to ship, so I am not sure how long before I arrived it had been out of commission). No discount given even though this was an important amenity to me. That is because the hotel said I booked through a 3rd party (Travelocity). I was also a Hilton Honors member, but apparently none of that matters. Clean place, great staff though. I won't knock any of that. I felt a small discount should have been offered.

Summary: Clean hotel, room, friendly professional staff. Was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance and told I couldn't receive any type of discount because I booked through a 3rd party. If that is the case, then the hotels should have to alert those third parties, so the third parties can alert the clients that there won't be a popular amenity available during their stay. This would give said clients the ability to look for other options if they choose.
