Positive: We stayed here with our two kids and had a wonderful experience. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by Ms. Sharon at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Later that night, we had an issue accessing the pool area at the last minute - our kids were feeling emotional after dropping off a family member at the airport, so this meant a lot. The AGM, Ms. Shawna, and Mr. Ruben went above and beyond to help us. They made sure we had everything we needed so the kids could enjoy their time and relax. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the staff’s professionalism and helpful attitude made the entire stay excellent. My youngest (4) even said he wanted to leave them a “1,000-star review”! Highly recommended.

Negative: Inconveniences related with the renovation.
