Positive: We checked in late, so there was a bit of an issue with the credit card scanner, but we got that accomplished. Our room was big and quiet and we slept great. Breakfast was very good!!

Negative: We did see one roach, the bug, but I guess that happens

Positive: The Bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. I was sad to leave them behind. 😆😆 The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay with no complaints.

Negative: I honestly can't find anything to complain about.

Summary: It was one, if not the most comfortable hotel room I have stayed in that I can recall.

Positive: Food was fine, times of breakfast was good , not crowded. Like the fact there were facilities for laundry, although we didn’t need it, there was a gym and pool, and ice, so much better than English hotels! Staff were very polite and helpful, plenty of parking and in a great position for our visit

Negative: Not a fan of the paper plates and plastic cutlery , seems a waste as it was not recycled,we just put everything in the bin. There was a staff meeting held in the foyer at 09.50 (Monday 18 August) which we felt was not appropriate, should have been held in private as guest had to walk through the middle of it to exit the hotel and there could have been private items being discussed. By car it was a little difficult to find the way in and out , but once we worked it out it was fine
