Negative: Second day, no one came into our room to clean or do anything or make the beds or vacuum. The rugs are empty the trashcan. We had no signs of the door telling them to stay out. I complained to the manager on duty or the staff member on duty they said they would have the Jennifer I think it was General Manager called me and do some kind of Talk to me regarding maybe a reduction in price. They list to say she never called me very disappointed.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Several items with flavor and variety of different foods. Coffee was good too.

Negative: The towels are very worn and thin.

Summary: A quick stay with the kids was the best idea my husband had for a back to school shopping trip!

Positive: The breakfast was amazing. Hot food and different everyday. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the fresh cookie smell when you come in and free cookies.
