Summary: The room was very clean and neat and quiet and we had a beautiful view of the San Francisco Peaks! The man at the front desk this morning was great to help me with questions about the Honors program. Also, the lady taking care of the breakfast area was doing a great job. Enjoyed our stay!

Summary: They checked us in incorrectly...gave the same room to another. So another couple walked in on us an hour later..a man walking in in my daughter taking a bath. Not impressed. It also means the room we stayed in was much smaller than we paid for.
