Summary: After spending several Summers in various properties in Flagstaff this was exceptional: 1. An owner who was quick and responsive when needed. 2. A location close to shopping, restaurants, local attractions.3. A property in top shape, well-maintained and comfortable. This was a Summer in Flagstaff that will be fondly well-remembered.

Summary: This home is a pure delight. I really appreciated so many things like the great water pressure, nice hot water, perfectly clean beginnings without any disinfect smells, and high-end stove. I loved the huge closet full of extra towels and linens, how clearly everything was labeled and all the kitchen gadgets and spices. I would gladly stay here again. This home is inviting and a great place to relax. Book it now!!!

Summary: We enjoyed the sitting area and the well stocked kitchen. The gas stove was A+ and I was able to cook two large meals for our daughter at NAU and her friends. There was plenty of room to seat eight around the kitchen table with the extra chairs in the garage. The downstairs 1/2 bath was a great help as well. The outside yard, though small, was perfect for our medium-sized dog and there was a nice courtyard out front to also bring her for more space. The location is very convenient and also appreciated the spacious attached garage which made it easy for loading and unloading. Barrie was extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

Summary: Tho knew it was a townhouse, no view of the very very steep, narrow steps to the upstairs...only place to sleep. Having knee issues gave up after 5 days...too much pain going up/down. My dog literally just slip down so narrow, steep. Also yard is not conducive to dogs....rocks, pavers, no where for a dog to do their thing so had to walk her (uphill) in the neighborhood. No rebate on the month I booked....hopefully owner truthful and didnt rerent it out. Having been a VRBO owner previously I would've rebated customer at least 1 out of 4 weeks due to physical issues they had...otherwise just greedy. Place just not as advertised in terms of yard, should've shown pic of the stairs. I've rented VRBO and NEVER experienced that in a townhouse. As prev read in a review, furniture shabby, kitchen old/stove filthy, mediocre on cleanliness throughout.....but do want to warn anyone with hip, knee issues, not for you.

Summary: Great spot, easy to find. Right next to some grocery stores and anything else you might need when staying with a family. The property was great. Very clean and pretty. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The condo was large and comfortable, and the location is excellent (near grocery, restaurants and easy access to various highways). Owner was very responsive to a problem we encountered. Overall, the unit could use some updating however it was nice to have a place to cook and do laundry during our trip to Flagstaff.

Summary: Our family relocates to Flagstaff in the summer for work, and our stay at this property was perfect! The location is close to NAU and walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. We had plenty of room for our family, and communication with Barrie was was prompt and pleasant. We would definitely recommend!
