Positive: Location was good.
Negative: The aircon gave us sore throats and congestion. I think the unit may have needed some cleaning. I was also charged for a meal I never had at the restaurant property. I had to call and have it removed. Thankfully i scrutinised my statement that month.
Summary: Great location for our purpose and lots to do in the area.

Positive: It was by far the best Hampton I have ever stayed. The restaurant was top notch, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Negative: Nothing! It was fantastic!
Summary: The area is high traffic for visitors. The hotel was our oasis!

Positive: I thought everything was very good. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The breakfast on the day we were checking out far exceeded our expectations. The happy hour food was exceptional and the drinks were wonderful. The service for the amount of people there was very good.
Negative: Really the only thing that was not great was the fact that even though there was a coffee maker in the room with coffee/tea etc. to make, there was no water. There was a refrigerator in the room which I thought I would find water but there was none. I did go to the front desk and asked about this, and he gave me a bottle of water which was very nice. My suggestion is if you are providing a coffee maker and the fixings, then you should include at least one bottle of water.
Summary: Very nice and exceptional food and service.
