Positive: Predictable. Comfortable. Waffles. Wi-fi.

Negative: LOTS of stuff was broken. The ice machine on the 2nd floor, the jacuzzi and indoor pool. They seem to be postponing fixes and upgrades which is distressing. Also, they cut corners on some amenities re toiletries and have gone down to every OTHER day housekeeping! That is ridiculous. Daily housekeeping is one of my most favorite things about hotels.

Summary: Decent. Clean. Mostly good. Some slip-ups

Negative: I can never understand why some hotels don’t clean the corners in the bathroom and by the shower. It makes me feel like it’s probably not very clean elsewhere.
