Summary: The room was very large and clean. The hotel was close to the venue we came to town for. The only problem was the slower water would drain in to the lavatory area. Also the lavatory sink was slow to drain. Informed the front desk of the two problems when I was checking.out.

Summary: Front desk did not have reservation because of hotels.com mistake. I had to pay for an extra night which cost a lot more. I was not refunded the full amount of my original purchase. Online help was difficult to get help.

Summary: The front desk clerk wasn’t very “receptive.” She never looked up from the computer and interrupted me when I was giving her my info. Maybe she was having a tough evening, but it just wasn’t the welcome I’m used to from Hampton Inn staff. And, While the room appeared clean and comfortable, there was a slight “BO” odor that had me wishing for a non-eco friendly cleaner to eradicate the smell. Breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. I’d stay again, but I’ll bring Febreeze!

Summary: Well I stayed in a room that smelled like humidity. As for the shower there was a used soap which was used by a family member thinking one of us had opened it. When checking out I told the lady at the front desk about the room her respose was my bad and I will let the manager know. I also took a picture but it wont let me post it! That was it!!!!!
