Summary: My daughter and I stayed here for her college orientation. The beds are REALLY uncomfortable. They seem pretty worn and broken in and we both slept poorly. They only clean your room if you ask the front desk by 1pm. Kinda sad. On the second night we woke up to street racing in the parking lot around midnight. Also, we had so hoped to use the pool since it was in the 100s but the pool is indoors, humid as heck and just too stuffy to swim.

Summary: Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and breakfast was comfortable and clean as well. My husband and son enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Just a great place. I will definitely look for a Hampton Suites next time we travel.

Summary: Room was exactly as pictured. Nice staff and excellent breakfast...actual eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle machine, fresh fruit and more. Other hotels say breakfast included only to learn it's just processed package items.

Summary: The Hotel is very nice, in a great location. The whole experience was lovely, we definitely will stay every time we visit Chico. Oh and the added colors in the room give it a happy feel.
