Negative: The room with two queen sized beds were not enough space and there was not a microwave in the room.

Positive: Great location. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast.

Negative: Pillows were way too soft. Light over sink burned out. Standing water in sink (although they fixed next day when notified). No cookies. My husband looks forward to the warm cookies at every Hampton. No info on the area in hotel lobby. Staff were great though.

Negative: Room lighting is inadequate. Breakfast was just okay. Typical Hampton amenities such as snacks, drinks and toiletries were no longer available for purchase here. Many hotel amenities like fitness room, lobby rest rooms, business center were not available either this time. Lastly, the shower was dangerous

Negative: We didn't know that it was under renovation, so some of the amenities were shut down. They didn't offer us a discount because of the lack of amenities.

Negative: Some amenities -- usual breakfast seating, exercise room and pool -- were unavailable because of in-progress upgrades.

Positive: Staff was friendly and housekeeping was very attentive

Negative: They charged 50 dollars per day for incidentals and that was not mentioned on the booking site. Also the pillows are very small.

Negative: The pool was not heated and very cloudy. Also, the hot tub didn't have any water in it. But at booking, it wasn't told that it wasn't in working order.

Positive: The property was pleasant and clean. The continental breakfast was very good.

Negative: We were there for 30 minutes (about 4:00pm) the power went out and a tornado watch alarm sounded on our phones. We had no idea what to do or where to go. No backup generators and power wasn’t restored until 3:30am. No discounts were applied for our inconvenience and need to buy flashlights and lanterns. Said it was a booking.com policy
