Summary: We visit Hamilton several times a year and are so happy that we discovered The Hampton Inn and Suites in Cazenovia. We will definitely return. The amenities are lovely - cozy and very comfortable. The staff was incredible, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable - the rates were very reasonable. We love that there is an indoor pool and will definitely return with a few family members. The breakfast was extraordinary and the woman who managed it was lovely - very welcoming, personable and great at what she does. She really went the extra mile. Thank you and we shall definitely return/keep your hotel in mind as a gift for others. We will also highly recommend to others.

Summary: Staff wants to get involved in your business. Hallway smells like dog feces, dirt in the bed. Half the breakfast wasnt stocked. Overall poor experience. The lady in the moring got involved in my familys personal matter.
