Summary: Not hotels fault that customer below is was so cranky and complained about our family being noisy. We were not that loud. They complained at 830 pm on a summer Friday night. Then again at 1030 when we were whispering. Floors transmit all noise apparently. Won't stay again.

Summary: Little slow they lost power for 5 hours when checking in power just came back on so computers were down took alittle longer

Summary: The power went out around 7 AM. Lights in the hallway were on for a while, but then went dark. Unable to get ready in the morning without lights in the bathroom or room. When we left the hotel at 10, the power had not been restored. We needed to carry our luggage from the 3rd floor down the stairs in the dark because the elevator was unavailable. Hotel did not attempt to remedy or connect with guests during the outage.

Summary: Cleanliness is always priority and this hotel, it's lobby & dining was all kept clean. Breakfast had a great selection. The breakfast area was open early and that was a plus as i was leaving early. The lady at the front desk was kind.

Summary: I have stayed at this location many times and it has been a favorite. This trip I noticed that the level of care of the facilities is beginning to lessen. There was missing grout in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, and mold spots in the shower.
